Horrible! I did RMT, and I couldnt even get it covered by my insurance because the insurance provider or the business was delisted by my insurance company (sunlife), probably due to previous fraudulent behaviour. As a result, I did not get my RMT fee covered and had to pay out of pocket. They never notified me of this prior. I contacted them about it via e-mail and they never got back to me either.
