I originally chose this clinic as our go-to because it was clean and the wait times were always reasonable. I find the receptionists really helpful and Nurse Mark was so great with our little ones vaccinations. Since then I’ve had some appalling experiences; Dr Prem arrogantly refusing my request for a 12 week scan referral because I “don’t need it.” I was told something entirely different at the Women’s Hospital when I had my first appointment. I then chose to do share care with the clinic. For an entire week my calls to make appointments for 6 week post natal checks have gone unanswered. It’s very hard to receive the care required if you cannot even make an appointment with the doctor responsible for this. The duty of care seems to be really lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for pregnant women.
