Staff are treated poorly with low pay, micromanaging management and little benefits. They say they have a good culture but management is toxic. Staff are forced to work long hours and everything is always rushed. There is no quality because people are pushed and micromanaged everyone even though management has zero experience or qualifications in agile development or software companies. Staff gossip about management and how bad it is, no wonder people are quitting almost weekly. Work hours are not flexible and leave applications are based on company favouritism and staff are bullied if they make mistakes. For a tech company we have to use word documents to track progress and they are all emailed to management, we use internal software to track staff locations and staff are now watched on video camera. I wasn't here long as I got a better job elsewhere, avoid myp at all costs!!!! People are quitting because of how you treat them. Stop blaming staff and start listening. Management is not respected.
